I am not sure if you are 100% correct or not. The language of the bill uses similar text to 2001 (as said on other websites) and the key word is advance refunds. Here is the relevant text if any one has some time to chew on. read the text in size 4. It tells me that it is going back to uncle sam. A double whammy if you owe taxes next year.

I called all the congressmen/women. Three democracts said they are supporting the bill - Gutierrez, Davis and probably Jackson-lee (unsure about the last name). No of the republicans reps would tell me their current stand.
It barely took twenty minutes. I am unsure how much influence this would have but this is way better than not calling.

Can you please ask your friend to get hold of main person and verify with original person that what exactly happen? In my place also people talking same story(not sharing POE) but when I asked them that I want to talk to person(with whom it happened) then nobody came forward to tell that guy was his friend.
I have question that "How much safe is to travel in AP"?

Went to India for a visit.

I see the way you twist my words and interpret things the way you want. I did genuinely try to see if you had a real reason for doing what you are doing.
You just enjoy the negative energy. I do not. You like the status quo. I do not. You are not ready to do anything if it does not have a guaranteed way of fixing your issues. That is not the approach i like to take.

Unless you are willing to work on it, you will not get a fix to any of your issues. Even an airplane makes continual changes to its course to reach its correct destination. If they decided to not move until every inch is planned to reach the destination, there would be no air travel today.
To that analogy i say that everyone in te plane will eventually reach their destination. Only EB3 will be left on the runaway
